Grief shows up in many ways. Healing begins when you decide to show up for yourself.
I'm Jasmine Bhambra. As a Certified Grief Educator, I support people who feel lost after loss. Whether you've lost someone you love, your sense of safety, your identity, or a future you thought was certain, this space is for you.
Grief touches many parts of life. It can come from death, divorce, family conflict, identity changes, betrayal, health challenges, childhood pain, and the dreams or futures we no longer recognize.
No matter what your grief looks like, there is room for you here.

In 2006, my sister Manjit was murdered. That loss changed my entire life. I spent years trying to survive grief while moving through a long legal process and searching for support that actually helped. Most of it did not reach the places that were hurting the most.
I have lived many kinds of grief in my life. I have gone through divorce, loss of a parent, broken friendships, miscarriages, and the quiet grief of rebuilding myself after everything fell apart many, many times. My understanding of grief does not come from one moment. It comes from years of moving through loss in different forms and learning what real healing actually needs.
Healing finally started when I found practices that met me where I was. Movement, breath, and simple tools that felt safe and manageable gave me a way forward that made sense to me.
A Piece of Hope was created so you do not have to figure this out alone. If you feel lost, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to begin, this space was built for you.
Seven Weeks. One-on-One. Evidence-Based.

You don't have to pretend here. You don't have to be strong. You just have to show up..
